1. Eligibility.  Only legal U.S. residents age 21 or older with a valid Social Security number at the time of entry who reside in a participating Station’s listening area are eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes. Employees, agents, representatives, or affiliates of the Stations, Cumulus Media Holdings Inc., dick clark productions, inc., American Broadcasting Companies, Inc., and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries and affiliates, other radio stations, television stations and print advertising companies serving a Station’s listening area, and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible to participate. The term “immediate family members” includes spouses, parents and step-parents, siblings and step-siblings, and children and stepchildren.  The term “household members” refers to people who share the same residence at least three (3) months out of the year. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
2. Sweepstakes Period.  The Sweepstakes will begin at 12:01am ET on Monday, November 4, 2013 and will run through 11:59 pm ET on Friday, November 15, 2013 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).  Sponsor’s computer is the official time keeping device for this Sweepstakes.
3. How to Enter. To qualify to win this Sweepstakes, listen to the Station in your listening area weekdays during the Sweepstakes Period.  When the Station plays the “cue-to-call” sounder, listeners should call the Station at the number provided by the Station’s on-air personality.  Caller number ten (10) to the Station, as determined by the Station in its sole discretion, will be qualified to win.  An individual may qualify only one time, and only one qualifier per household.  Each Station will qualify thirty (30) listeners during the Sweepstakes Period for a total of 7,050 qualifiers from all 235 stations.  Time Delay Between Over-the-Air Analog Signal and Internet Broadcast: Due to the time delay that exists between a Station’s analog over-the-air signal and a Station’s online webcast, listeners who listen to a Station online may hear the cue to call later than listeners listening to a Station’s analog over-the-air signal. As a result, the odds of an online listener winning this Sweepstakes may be diminished. 
4. Winner Selection.  On or about 10:00 am ET on Monday, November 18, 2013, Sponsor will randomly select one (1) qualifier for the Grand Prize in a random drawing from among all 7,050 listeners qualified during the Sweepstakes Period from all 235 participating Stations combined.  The winning entrant will be contacted using the email address and/or telephone number provided at the time of qualifying and may be awarded the prize (subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the terms of these rules). Sponsor’s decisions as to the administration and operation of the Sweepstakes and the selection of the potential winner is final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Failure to respond to the initial verification contact within three (3) days of notification will result in disqualification. 
5. Verification of Potential Winner. POTENTIAL SWEEPSTAKES WINNER IS SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE SWEEPSTAKES. The potential winner must continue to comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. The potential winner will be notified by email and/or telephone call, after the date of random drawing.  The potential winner will be required to sign and return to Sponsor, within three (3) days of the date notice is sent, an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release (except where prohibited) in order to claim his/her prize, if applicable.  If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to sign and return the affidavit of eligibility and/or the liability/publicity release within the required time period (if applicable), or if the prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, potential winner forfeits prize. In the event that the potential winner of a sweepstakes prize is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor may award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible qualifiers.
6. Grand Prize.  One (1) grand prize will be awarded in this Sweepstakes.  The grand prize package will consist of the following: roundtrip coach airfare from the closest major airport near the winner’s residence to Los Angeles, CA; two (2) nights single room, double occupancy accommodations in a hotel in the Los Angeles area as selected by Sponsor; two (2) tickets to the 2013 American Music Awards on Sunday, November 24, 2013 at the Nokia Theater in Los Angeles.  Winner must be available to travel November 23-25, 2013 or winner will forfeit the prize.  Winner and guest must travel on same itinerary.  Guest must be age 18 or older.  All expenses and fees associated with the grand prize not expressly included in the foregoing prize description are the sole responsibility of the winner.  Total grand prize package is valued at $3,000. Winner is responsible for all taxes associated with prize receipt and/or use.  Odds of qualifying depend on a number of factors including the number of listeners participating at any given time.  Odds of a qualifier winning are approximately 1 in 7,050.  Grand Prize Trip is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any listed prize for one of equal or greater value for any reason.
7. All State, Local, Federal and or other taxes, duties, tariffs, title fees, licensing fees, or other fees for prizes awarded become the sole responsibility of the winner.  All those who win a prize or prizes valued $600 or more in any given year will be issued an IRS Form 1099 to report their winnings.
8. All prizes must be claimed in person at the Station at the address identified below during regular business hours and within three (3) business days of winning, excluding holidays, unless otherwise agreed to by Sponsor at its sole discretion.  After such time, ownership of said prize reverts back to Sponsor to be disposed of at its discretion.  The winner then loses all claims and rights to said prize. Proper identification must be presented by any winner to claim prize.  As a condition to receiving any prize, each potential winner and their guest must complete and sign liability waiver and release forms releasing the Stations, Sponsor, dick clark productions, inc., American Broadcasting Companies, Inc., and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees and agents (collectively the “Released Parties”) from all liability in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes and acceptance, use, or non-use of the Sweepstakes prize. All entrants and winners agree that the Released Parties shall have no liability for any injury, misfortune, or damage to either persons or property incurred by entering, participating in, winning, or losing any Sweepstakes and/or by the acceptance, use, or non-use of any prize received in connection with this Sweepstakes.
9. All entry blanks, forms, devices, and materials gathered during the course of entry, as well as all information contained on or within, shall become the sole property of Sponsor to be used, disposed of or destroyed in its sole discretion.  Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information entered by website users, and assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to any participating Station’s website. 
10. All entrants and winners agree to give Sponsor and its licensees, affiliates, successors, and assigns the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use, re-use, broadcast, or publish their name, city of residence, photo, video tape, film or any other likeness, including portraits and pictures, in whole or in part, as part of a composite, retouched or distorted in character or form, and winner’s voice, recorded or live, for any reason that Sponsor deems necessary without compensation, unless prohibited by law.  All winners release, discharge, and agree to hold Sponsor harmless from any and all claims they may have against Sponsor in connection with the taking, production, or the use of winners’ name, city of residence, any photo, video tape, film or any other likeness, including portraits and pictures, in whole or in part, as part of a composite, retouched, or distorted in character or form and without restrictions as to any changes, transformations or alterations, and including winners’ voices, recorded or live.  All winners further acknowledge that Sponsor owns or will own exclusively any photographs of such winners used for such purposes, including the copyrights in them, regardless of the form in which they have been or may be produced and used, and all winners assign all such ownership rights to Sponsor.  
11. By participating in the Sweepstakes, participants agree to be bound by all Sponsor decisions. Persons who violate any rule, gain unfair advantage in participating in the Sweepstakes, or obtain winner status using fraudulent means will be disqualified. Unsportsmanlike, disruptive, annoying, harassing or threatening behavior is prohibited. Sponsor will interpret these rules and resolve any disputes, conflicting claims or ambiguities concerning the rules or the Sweepstakes and Sponsor’s decisions concerning such disputes shall be final. If the conduct or outcome of the Sweepstakes is affected by human error, any mechanical malfunctions or failures of any kind, intentional interference or any event beyond Sponsor’s control, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate this Sweepstakes, or make such other decisions regarding the administration or outcome as Sponsor deems appropriate. All decisions will be made by Sponsor are final. Sponsor may waive any of these rules in its sole discretion. ANY ATTEMPT BY A PARTICIPANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY CIRCUMVENT, DISRUPT OR DAMAGE ORDINARY AND NORMAL OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES, TELEPHONE SYSTEMS OR WEBSITES, OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PARTICIPANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
12. By participating in this Sweepstakes, each participant agrees to waive any and all claims for damages for death, personal injury, loss of property or property damage that he or she may sustain as a result of his or her participation in the Sweepstakes and/or the use of any prize, and any damages or losses arising from the implementation or carrying out of the Sweepstakes or any participant’s failure to win the Sweepstakes or receive the prize, and to release the Released Parties from any and all liability arising out of or connected in any way with his or her participation in the Sweepstakes, even though that liability may arise out of an intentional act, omission, negligence or carelessness  on the part of the persons or entities mentioned above.
13. A winners list may be obtained after December 1, 2013 by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to the Sweepstakes Sponsor identified below.
